We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns in accordance with the policy below.
Change of Mind Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:
- The item is unworn and unused
- All original tags remain attached
- The item is returned in original packaging
- There are no signs of wear, stains, alterations
- A refund will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
